After just one week, The Amazing Spiderman has grossed over $140 million dollars, not too bad. Spiderman looks set to gross over the 1 Billion dollar mark, and with a vote of 7.7 on IMDB you can see why.
What did you think of The Amazing Spiderman?

Swinging into theatres July 3rd.

The new 4 minute ‘super trailer’ has been released for the franchise reboot ‘The Amazing Spiderman’ (2012) that is due for release on the 3rd July just 2 days after Prometheus, so there could possibly be profit conflicts between the two, personally I’m gonna see them both, you only live once right?
Although I’ve got to be honest, I’m more excited for Prometheus as I’m a big fan of Ridley Scott and of Alien so I’m confident that Prometheus will be a great film. With this in mind The Amazing Spiderman does looks awfully familiar to the previous, one good thing about it is though is that Tobey Maguire and Kirsten Dunst is not featured-thank god!
The Amazing Spiderman looks pretty good on the surface, I hope they focus more on story on this re-boot as Spiderman deserves a good film, and so do the loyal fans I’m sure you’ll agree.

The trailer for the franchise reboot ‘The Amazing Spiderman’ has been released and to be honest, looks disappointing.
It looks like the same old same old spiderman but with new actors. I hope I’m wrong, but I’m hoping this isn’t going to be a film with loosely linked action sequences built around special effects and spectacular stunts which is what most films seem to be nowadays.
But with all negatives, theres positives, and the new Spiderman looks as though they are going to be focusing more on the making of Spiderman and his love interest Gwen. Whilst at the same time killing a monster he created.
Spiderman is released Independence day, and I’m sure will make a very large amount on it’s opening weekend.
